OILPROOFING AGENT FOR NATURAL AND AGGLOMERATE STONE
WHAT IT'S FOR
Filafob is an oilproofing agent able to effectively protect absorbent surfaces, especially against oil-based dirt, without changing their original colour and appearance. These features make it particuarly useful as a stainproofing agent on natural stone agglomerates and cement. The best results are obtained in this application by first applying a coat of Hydrorep waterproofing agent for natural stone. Filafob can also be used indoors as a protective basecoat to be followed by a suitable finish. For natural stone or agglomerate floors, the finish can be produced with a wax chosen from the vast range of Fila products (Marmocera, Filamatt, Veneziana, Stonewax, Filajet, Filalonglife), using the most suitable in each case. Filafob can also be used as oilproofing basecoat for treating sanded rustic terracotta floors; in this case, Filajet should be used as finishing coat.
